Over the course of the past 15 years, Richard has coached at several levels of soccer, U5 to U17, both boy’s and girl’s teams. His passion for the sport, coupled with his desire to see children and youth accomplish their goals and dreams has led him to the formation of Real Leon Soccer Life, a soccer specific community with the goal of not only developing soccer players, but also helping in transforming lives through an all of life approach.

A developmental coach at heart, Richard loves to see children and youth grow in their abilities and soccer understanding, as well as their enjoyment of life in general, regardless of their starting point. All children need play…all children need opportunity. That is what he hopes to offer to the kids of the Peterborough community.
